Do all corsa sports have rub strips down the side? Just asking cos I am looking to buy one and I have seen an R reg 1.6 sport but doesn't have the rub strips

As standard they all have them yea, but a popular mod is to remove them.

How can you tell if it is really a 1.6 and not a 1.4?

some 1.6's have different speedo clocks
they have a grey ish coloured surround in them
black dials but grey surround

orange needles and anthracite surround on clocks if its a 1.6
check the engine type in the documents it should say x16xe it its a 1.6

as wrighty says 1.6 has a grey surround and orange needles where as the 1.4 has a black surround and white needles
