what bits will i need for a full rebuild?

headgasket
inlet and exhaust gasket
throttle body to inlet gasket
valve stem seals
piston rings
cambelt kit
headbolts
sump gasket
water pump gasket

anythin else???

anything else? im planning to build it to a mildly modified state eg mild lift cams, enlarged throttle body, headwork, etc so bottom end will be standard as i cant afford to run a modified 2.0
