Yes you can, with compatable motherboard and graphics cards, eg. SLi

doesnt even have been to be SLI or crossfire - can just stick another in anyways for dual screen purposes etc

Though if you have an oldish pc then you'll only have one AGP port so the other card will have to be a lower quality PCI card.
