Was in my partners 1999 1.4 16v Tigra today, to me if feels very under powerd, was on a slight hill in 5th and it wouldnt push past 50mph, even through 2nd, and 3rd it feels slow, i drive a 2.2 16v so i know its gonna feel slow but i was in a 1.2 16v corsa last week and that seemed to pull a hell of a lot better than the Tigra! It has a new head gasket recently so could it just be the timing?

that or a piece of stray gasket has lodged itself in between the egr valve and thats causing the lack of power, happened to me at work
