rite its time for new brakes. woz jus wonderin wot do i need for to 2ltr brake conversion. ie new pads discs calipers. anythin else. x16xe. also does this affect the abs. cheers

doesnt affect the abs and all you need is what you said, discs pads and callipers (and calliper brackets but thesse should come with the callipers.

They will fit easily behind speedlines.

They dont fit easily behind speedlines, sometimes i thought they caught on the wheel spokes and needed the caliper grinding slightly.

308mm brakes fit behind 16" Speedline Allesio wheels, Lol.
256mm fit behind some 14" steel wheels!
I dont really see how 256 would rub speedline wheels tbh, i've certainly not heard of anyone saying 256 dont fit well behind them.
I run 256mm brakes with 15" 6J wheels, plenty of clearance.

Its the design of the wheels not the size.
Mine rubbed and loads of people have posted on here having problems!
