Currently got a W800i which is due for an upgrade pretty much now, I'm with O2 and looking at the phone avaliable to me I've narrowed it down to 3 possible choices:
Nokia N73: CLICK HERE
Nokia N80: CLICK HERE
SE W850i: CLICK HERE
All have pros and all have cons.
I currently use the walkman facility of my W800i every workday and find it pretty awesome, I've upgraded my memory card to a 2GB one so would like to be able to use that in the W850i (I think it uses the same card), but I also use the camera on my W800i quite a bit and both the Nokia's have a better snapper than the W850i.
I've also not been that impressed with the durability of my W800i over the past year, the joystick I've replaced twice as the little rubber keeps coming out and recently the down function on the joystick has become very hit and miss - another annoying thing is that some of the buttons have lost some of their coating and the light underneath is shining through - all of these are problems I've never had with a Nokia before and as my W800i is the first non Nokia phone I've ever had I'm pretty disappointed in that respect.
It's either get one of the Nokias and upgrade the memory card to fit all the mp3's on it that I want, or use the old W800i as a kind of mini iPod for my mp3 needs, or get the W850i which is almost the same as what I currently have but newer and hopefully more durable.
Opinions?

N80 = no
N73= maybe
W850= maybe
Go for k800 or w810 or something
Nokias are piss poor. N73 not on orange yet as its failed every network test under the sun and build quality issues. But it is apparently supposed to be a good phone
