games?

I fancy getting test drive unlimited for pc

but i only have a cheapish 256mb radeon card


If it works il buy it and maybe a steering wheel with gearbox and pedal's

would be amazing fun, seeing as though i have a 21" widescreen monitor and 7.1 surround sound
