what do you guys use?
im looking for a program that i can download for free, full program would be brilliant.
ive had spyware doctor off torrent but can never get any of the codes off the net to work!

When I used Windows I used to use the one that you could get free from Microsoft. Always did the job for me

As Topshot has listed.
I run AVG, Spybot, Adaware, Windows Defender, Zone Alarm and The Cleaner.
Never had a serious virus/spyware issue for years as long as all are up to date 
PS:- Another good tip is to go into your advanced IE options and select the option to 'Empty temporary Internet files folder when browser is closed'.
A lot of malware likes to use these folders.
