to start with my car wont start you can hear the starter clicking but i know its a good one so i checked that every where is getting power everything is apart from the switched feed wire
the haynes manual says that means there is a fault in the ignition/starter switch or wiring
how would i go about checking these and where does the swiched feed wire go to so i can try running a new wire there to see if it makes a difference
another one every so often my em light flashes when trying to start the car
i know that its the immobiliser so i took the plastic surround of off the steering column so that the signal can get through it doesnt happen any more
but is there anything else that i can do because i want to put the plastics back on but when i try it the signal stops being able to get trough
last one the fuse for my instrument panel keeps on breaking im going through about 5-6 of them a week
any ideas what could be causing it
its a p reg 1.2 8v
cheers for any help

Sounds like you may have one main problem causing all these individual issues.
I have simular issues on my Corsa.
In an ideal world, the best solution may be to rip the dash out and check all your wiring. Also check all your earths are OK.
I know this isnt what you want to hear but its probably the best way.
Otherwise, get it booked in with an Auto Electrician perhaps?
