hi there bought a x16xe today , its just the block. I aslo got ecu and loom...will there be anything else that i need to put it in my x14xe corsa?? also when turning the crank by hand on the x16xe it feels stiff in places, is this normal??

It will be "stiff" in places, thats the compression building up as the piston reaches tdc.....

If you're buying just a block, no the head will not be there! x14 inlet will fit

will the injectors from the x14xe be ok? with it being a bare engine am worried something wont fit??

if you dont know were the head is and your going to be putting that engine in im worried for you.

not 100% sure but would imagine you'l need x16 injectors as they will flow more fuel. could be wrong

can use the x14xe injectors.
just use an x16xe loom, lower inlet, ecu.

thanks for clearing that up cam, so I will also need a lower inlet? or can I get away with the x14xe inlet? also or the injectors the same then?

injectors are the same, x16xe has bigger ports than the x14 but x14 can be used.

soo if I use the x14 inlet will it mate up ok?? but will it cause a restriction being smaller

yes will fit perfectly but will be slightly more restrictive than a 1.6 one.
difference wont be noticeable IMO.
