On some of my albums it keeps doubling up some of the tracks, starting to piss me off 
Any ideas why?

because it has a track list in the albums you downloaded ?

do you have them saved in more than one place? i found i had a copy of my music file from when i transferred all my music from an external drive, so itunes was picking it up twice

I'd go with what Andy said, unless you've changed the folder name and added them twice
