how much would a cable for the accelarator cost from a dealer?

im gettin charged 50 quid that cant b right?

no the guy i asked to get one said its 50 quid jus for the cable he's doing the labour he also did my fan belt this week which cost 20 quid to buy so those 2 small things cost me 70 quid b4 labour i guess u pay the price for getting a car which doesnt use universal parts.

stupid thing is its a cable its costs penny's to make

my mate has a mini he uses 2 brake cables from a bike for his accelarator cable lol maybe i should use his idea he's had that on his mini for 6 months now

the problem with that idea is that on a corsa at the end of the cable where it joints in the engine it has a round ball at the end and a clip

could give it a try tho

yea i noticed that when i was temporarly fixing it its driveable i been driving it for 2 weeks but i know it will soon go again lol
