Torque settings please I did ask 6 months ago but cant fnd the post. Its a X16XE aswell

Cylinder head bolts (dohc)
stage 1 - 25 nm (18lbf ft)
stage 2 angle tighten a further 90 degrees
stage 3 angle tighten another 90 degrees
stage 4 angle tighten another 90 degrees
stage 5 angel tighten another 45 degrees
