I was under the impression that a 32bit OS could only assign around 2GB of RAM so anymore is useless ?

i have the same setup, its the fact you're using 32 bit thats restricting you, upgrade to 64 bit and it'll use all 4GB

3.25gb on a 32bit OS unless its a 32bit server obviously

ye ram has came down in price massively ever since samsung (i tihnk) got done for tht price fix
