i have a 1.6 sport n am getting it lowerd and in my hayns max poer book it says u have to buld a new braket typ thing for it. I can do that but will a normal garage do this as part of the prosess or will they not bother

they wont bother mate u will have to do it...mind u i didn't have to build a bracket all i did was move the regualtor further back so it wernt slack.

the brake bias valve?

Has to be adjusted if thats what u mean
