Firstly i have very little knowledge within this area, so much help is needed from the pros! 
I kinda thought that its best to use Vernier Pulleys with the Cams, is this true?/needed?
Also what duration profile is best to have on standard managment? 256 sound right?
And lastly- im looking at prices on this website below :

Stupid question- but what is included in the Cam kit?, is this Cams and pulleys? or just ignore that and buy them seperate?, or is there anything else needed or advised to buy?
Im very confused anyway!

Check out the tutorials, dave a did a couple of good guides
256 isnt that different from standard, to 264 would be my choice
Cams will work without verniers but cannot be timed in perfectly without them. However unless you use Diablis verniers (with tabs for the cam sensor to read off) you will have to go for aftermarket managment.
Oh and when you by cams you just get the two cams

 helps alot.
So basically to run Cams, Vernier Pulleys are needed- and therefore a different engine managment.
But ive been looking at the Dbilas pulleys and Dbilas Cams (profile not stated on site), this can apparently run off standard managment. Does anyone have any experience/reccomend this product?
Im probably best to ring V-sport when ive got time in week!

Check newman's site, their cams are good & a reasonable price too.
You can mix and match any cam with any pullie.
