just been back on the phone... I asked to cancel and they said i am tied into 12mths contact... i advised yes if i was getting what the contract offerd!!!!

You have a cancellation period usually around 7-10 days before you are tied to the 12 month contract
You cant sell the router and use a different one as your user details are stored in the router, unless you know how to hack routers.
