two pipes one on top one on the side

im assuming the top is vacuum side of the tb

and the side one goes to the boost feed on the turbo.
probably wrong

i take it its for a let? if so the one on the side goes the the amal valve (the sie that went to the actuator) and leave the top one to vent to atmosphere
