I am going to remove the strip along the doors and i wasnt sure if i could take them off with my hand without damaging the paint as my mate did it with his old sport? and i have stuff for the glue once removed. cheers

taking them off with your hands wont damage the paint just dont be too hard with them mate

They are loose at the door shut end so if i prise them gently bit by bit i might be ok cheers
