Any one got one I did ask ages ago but I cant find it.

Which pulley do go round first? and there was something about holding one pully slightly out of position.

how do you mean??...

it goes, around the inside of the waterpump, outside of the tensioner, and inside the 2 idlers

i usually start at the crank and work my way round clockwise, putting it on the exhaust cam pully last, then the tension stays on the tensioner side.

bloody inlet cam wont stay in postion just rests to high or too low but not in the middle

inlet cam is a bitch mate, way i do it is-

put it round all pulleys except the inlet cam then get a socket on pulley and turn it so its in line (best if you get a mate to do it) then put the belt over the inlet pulley last.
works everytime for me
