ive got a 1.0 12v corsa run about, but just want it to sound a little more beafy as its going to have the looks.. (been asked by loads of people if its a sport, and then shocked when i say no its a 1.0)
im getting me a backbox next week so this should help, but thinking more of the lines of a k&n panel filter, or can you get a cone filter?
also thinking about decatting it, but ive heard somewhere that messing about with the airfilter and exhaust (decatting) on the 1.0 12v mess them up, asin the engines...
is this true?

Best tuning you can do is an engine swap.
For a bit of a nicer sound, get a backbox and then a K&N panel filter with a drilled airbox.

Backbox and Panel Filter (Drilled Box) will improve the sound.
Your going to see 0 increase in performance mind.

maybe even less than 0 tbh
These things rather like abit of back pressure and mods tend to make them unhappy
