right im trying to get my clio started, its been left standing for a long period of time.
Ive changed the coolant, put petrol inthe tank and check the oil and spark plugs and they seem fine. The battery in on charge now as we speak but when i try to turn it over it seems like the starter motor is stuck.
Theres petrol coming through as i took a hose off to see.
I took a video on my phone. What do you think?

see the problem is, the starter motor is in such a stupid place. Its by the exaust manifold right under the engine.
