try www.rallydesign.co.uk exactly the same as the lmf ones but its cheaper.
i got one from there and its getting fitted on thursday make sure you buy sum nylon bushes as well to stiffen up the gear changes as the standard ones will not be up to the job.
i was told it'll be an hours labour so around 40-45 quid, not sure how easy it would be to do yourself not much space to work with so best leaving it to a professional.

got my rally design short shift fitted this morning and it makes such a big difference all the gear changes are smooth and tight a cheaper and better way to get your linkage sorted when the standard sport one fucks up, they wanted 125 quid for a new linkage!

think the gear linkage was like 30 quid and you need to get nylon bushes too which are like 10 quid so quite cheap.
got mine fitted at a garage only took the guy who did it 40 mins just a case of knowing what your doing, think it tell you in the haynes manual how to do it.
