Ok my mate needs new tyres and wants a little stretch.
Standard vtr alloys, current tyres are 185/55/14
Can anyone recommend some well priced tyres which will give a nice stretch.

if theyr standard alloys its not really posssible to stretch tyres on them mate

depends if they have a bead blasted or not because tyres that have been stacked even are a cnut to fit with out 1 let alone 1 that isnt for that size rim.

what width are they?
might be better to go for low profiles instead of a stretch

They dont make low profiles for 14"s really mate, i cant find them anyway.

45's would be sweet, he is on a budget though and its pretty tight to say the least.

Yeah in that size they would, £40 each for the federals in the standard size (185 55) will order those for him.
