Author revs dipping after service

Just had my corsa C serviced now revs dip occasionally ie goes from 700 to 600, goes quiet then back up again...

i was told there is a slight hole in my centre section but i wouldnt have thought that would cause it

Where was the service done?

What service was ii big or small?

Had problems at work with them 'cus they put wrong spark plugs in.
