whats the benfit of these? whats difference with normal one?
is it best to fit fronts, backs or both?
and can you use ones off a bigger car eg vectra instead?

Uprate the rear one only (best for control ive heard), demon tweaks £137 ish. If you hate it sell it to me

ive got whiteline arb on the front, noticed a huge difference in handling, and its massive, everyone of my mates have laughed when they saw the size on it, and by the way when people say take the front one's OFF because it's supposed to turn in better, my car was crap without one on TRIED AND TESTED,

 Well worth doing this is mine I see you have not got your manifold yet ! , still not ordered mine yet as have to spend some dosh on my bike , get one the car handles so much better its so easy to lose cars coming in and out of r/bouts lots of fun.

Oh just noticed Marklawton have you fitted the extra bushes on the ends of yours, I was not sure if they were needed can you post a close up pic.

nah i havent got my manifold yet, i was told it would be here early this week as janspeed were making them apperntly, so hopefully here by friday to put it on at the weekend, i so need it
ah wicked i think ill get one then, where did you get yours from barneykarl? love anything to improve the handling and embarass my mates 1.8 focus even more haha
