t-mobile just told me that i cant reduce my tarriff until the last month of my contract!?!? now i can upgrade at the end of the month but if i change to the g1 tarriff i wont keep the current £5 a month discount i get and probably wont get the phone for free so i thought i might as well just get a new contract on the g1 reduce mine to £15
with my discount i could end my current contract for £30 but now told i cant do this? surely thats not right as this wasnt in the terms of the contract i signed?

come on mobile guru's help me out!!!

They let me upgrade my tariff to a higher one. Downgrading shouldn't be a problem which reminds me i need to do this still

if you agreed to a contract before this date , morally they should do something. legally though, they can do what they want.

tbh, they have got to maintain a steady revenue to pay for the new handset so really, you need to either get a decent service provider, or kick off tae fuck.

Just spoke to them and that wouldn't downgrade me to the lowest tariff till my final month. But cos i upgraded my tariff months ago they could take me back down to that, which was better than nothing.

thing is, i want a g1, so they can downgrade me and take £50 of me for 4 months then £40 for another 14, or stick to their guns and lose me completely in 4 months and my mum in 2 weeks.
they dont seem to playin ball
