i no its been to death but i want to know exactly what i need..
and is it litterally a drop in conversion as such?
can i use the same rad etc, does my manifold bolt straight up to it, all sensors/wires? can i use my power box inlet on it aswell?

yeh you can use everything, all you'll need is an 1.6 ecu with transponder, key immob ring etc

yeh but theres something about the fueling is different on the ECU's so people just get a 1.6 ecu and use that

like i said mines got a 1.6 ecu on it now so im told my previous owner..
can i use my gearbox aswell?

Just need the bare engine and ECU IIRC.
Everything else including the gearbox and powerbox inlet is exchangeable

i may do that tbh (go for the 1.6)
as not sure if i want to spend money on this 1.4 thats in now as i want a low milege 1.6

it would be worth it in the long run mate, as with all the mods you have now, you can place on the 1.6 and still have about 125-130 bhp from it all

well depends really mate, prices vary but would expect a 1.6 without everything like gearbox alternator etc, i'd expect it to cost round about 100-150 pound depending on mileage mate
