right my m8 is going to do a service and already got 0w30 oil for it as thats what was usd last year
but also wants to know what the best plugs are for this (05 plate btw)
either ngk, bosch superplus or any others
what would you use ????

I'd use the ones honda recommend.

You're probably right, honda spent millions developing it not to use the best sparkplugs for the job.
