what sensors or anything else could cause the car to bog down as soon as u put ure foot on the gas, i.e. at a junction rev to 5k then it just drops as u get the bite on the clutch rite back down to 1k then pulls off EXTREMELY slowly, hesitates a bit too when coming back down the revs when slowing down and when putting foot down,

when i start it, sits on 500 revs till i touch the accelerator to bring it up to the pre-choak of 1200,

i really dnt have a clue what it could be, i took it to garage and said its like my timing is out like before but he said no its bang on timing, seemed to shrug it off and just fix my clutch, im sick of it, doing my head in, eating fuel too, PLEASE HELP!

my friend seems to think its nt a mechanical fault but a sensor or something could he be correct and what sensor could produce these symptoms??

i had same problems with my 1.4 sport. The timing was out by a tooth. Id get that checked again. If there was any problems with sensors the managment light would be on.

Not always the case. Could be woodruff key if its a 14xe or 16xe, or could be something like vacume pipe split.. Don't know till we know the engine your on about

yer tht is correct, the timing went off a tooth last year im gonna be tamping if its done it again, its different to last yr though so im thinking its summin else

AFM? when mine went i could rev to the limiter when not in gear. soon as i set off and floored it, it'd only rev to 3-4000 rpm. no eml either.
