I've re-installed windows and used memtest but it still does it, totally random, although seems to not not do it as often if I the things connected to the usb ports, 500gb external hard drive and wireless adapter. Even with just the wirteless adapter in it has frozen before though.

froozen as in nothing works apart from the restart button on the tower. Anyone any ideas?or any avenues I should look down?

- heat issues i would check first
- drivers
- overclocked at all?
