my mate has a set of webber twin 40's that were off his old nova!
wot else would i need like a complete list to fit my c20xe? and is it worth it as i could get these pretty cheap!

carbs take a lot of setting up and servicing, if you use the car every day then dont bother. and what are you getting in the sale, throttle cable, linkage, manifold (although youll need a different one for the xe). actually the list is quite long!!!

plus twin 40's are too small for the c20xe engine, you need 45's or more really.

you dont need the ignition pack if went for the 1.6 cav dizzy which you can adjust the timing on.

40's will work, but wont really allow for any further gains past a stock xe imo.

45's are ideal BUT 40's will work.
