Ok people I brought a pc off the internet and it has pretty much everything i need:

Sata Harddrive 250gb
PCI-Express graphics card

But it only has 512mb ram!!!!!!! pathetic

How do i know how much it can handle and where can i find ram that matches the ones i got but in 1gb version???

ram says:

256mb pc3200 DDR-MEM CL3
PC3200U-30331-A1
MT8VDDT3264AG-40BG4

Anyone know the 1gb versions that will work in this pc??

this is the motherboard

I got two 256 in each of the blue slots at the moment and nothing in the black ones

So what is the best ram to have in this??

Its best to use up the 2 blue slots first as then it will be matching the pair providing they are both the same size, ie 512mb

No, that is way over priced. You can pick up a 2x2GB kit for 30 odd quid. Hang on a second and I'll try find some that'll suit you.

EDIT: Seems the RAM that is suitable for your computer is quite expensive, however any RAM on this page should be supported, just don't go over 4GB.

Might be able to find the prices cheaper else where, but make sure it's 400/333Mhz and DDR SDRAM.
