Can this be done through the good old inspection plate trick?

apparently u have to take the gear box end inspection cover off aswell as the beel housing inspection cover to slide the shaft out alittle to get the clutch to free up, but apart from that its more than likely easier to take the gearbox slightly of and charlie brownin it on|!!!!

yea its more hassle than its worth trying to do it with the box on. need clips to hold the clutch compressed

Will be getting a garage to do it. Just wanted to know ifit could be done on that box.

This garage has done it this way on other boxes for me. Never had problems before
