It had a service 3 month ago; oil flush/change, new spark plus, oil filter... Its an X12XE on 89K now I've just looked at the header tank and its full to the brim  and the water looks rusty 
Any ideas?
Oh and the oils fine (half way) and theres no mayo

When i say water I mean fluid, I'm not too sure whats been put in there

was it always full to the top?
many things need checking, pump, themostat blocked rad or matrix, and the dreaded hg

Well as i said theres no mayo, but the header tank has been full to the brim for 6 months now Havent really noticed it till i checked, I suppose may need thermostat checking
