I'm going to tune my engine up and i'm thinking Mantzel inlet,
full ashleys system (including manifold)
Bigger injectors

it already has super bosch four spark plugs and a pipercross viper filter.

How much bhp do you think i'll gain?

No point in "bigger" injectors.... Only worth it if you do seriours engine work.

Id say about 130, Cams and a superchip would see 150 ish.

i have got, a diblas inlet cams , software remap, full exhuast from manifold, ported polished head and a lighted flywheel, and ppl reckon thats only gona be 140bhp tops

Linch has got TB's aint he? He did have dbilas ones but now he's got jenvey ones with 90mm trumpets i think. IIRC he had 150bhp with just the dbilas TB's and standalone management.

I know of a proven X16 with a powerbox, lary cams, chiped ecu(inc raised rev limit) and some minor head work, plus a decent exhaust and it made 148bhp on a accurate RR
