does anyone know what to set the vernier puleys to on ast1612 kent cams on a c20xe?

i have the cataloge mate but i dont really understand it, which bit of this tells me?

Best to have it set up by someone who knows what they are doing mate.
Get it booked into a rolling road and do it right. It will pay off!
