i bought a set of adjustable rear avo dampers from a chap on here for 40 quid, was told in full working order with adjusters fine and everything ok, when they turned up 1 bump stop was missing from rod on the drivers side damper, cant even put another on as its on the centre piece that doesnt come apart.... i then noticed when extending the drivers side fully the rod just slides back in with no resistance and makes nastly bubbling noises... obviously knackered! i have emailed 3 times over last 2 days and no reply. have i been ripped for good or can i get money back some how???

any help much appreciated. thanks.
