i never got 48, you get about 40 if you drive sensibly, i used to get around 35 but that involved alot of sort journeys. Average was 180 miles for £20 at 108.9.

I got nearly 450 miles out of a tank once, that's in the mid 40's mpg wise.

only reason ive got the 12v is t get me from work at bac but its a very slow and rattley trip lol

Thats what I get in my 1.6 Sport. There not that economical due to having to thrash them to get anywhere!
