Just had a guy phone up complaining that the supermarket was cheaper than us after he had bought a game. I explained the reasons etc, but this was the funny part -

I have a good mind to write to Ann Robinson at Watchdog as I'm really good friends with people at ITV.

Anyone spot whats wrong with that?
