Well you'll need to transfer the VHS video onto a CD/DVD first at a guess. Not something that will be easy i don't think

You can buy devices to convert records to digital files on computers, could be possible for VHS.

You can get a VHS to pc converter from the likes of firebox

USB capture device is under £10 on ebay. That'd do the job.
