i'm on windows vista and diabled my sound, can't remember how to get it back

i've clicked on manage audio devices on the control panel, but it just says ''no audio devices are installed''.

anyone have any suggestions?

Have you got a 'speaker' icon in the icon tray? If so right click that.

Edit; Failing that Ben, Go to, Control Panel>Sound>Click Properties, make sure your speakers are the main source>Properties> Device Usage>Use this device (enable).
