Alienware M11x

I can get them at same price around £620
Only going to use it for HD media play back via HDMI, maybe odd command and conquer. Mostly just everyday email web browsing iTunes etc

go for the Pav. Alienware are now rebadged Dells and the screen size will make a massive difference.

I have a FS Lifebook S 13.3" laptop so screen wise its great. I had the 11.6" N510 that was good bit has to be said a little on small size.

I'd get the HP. Your post doesn't sound like you need the Alienware one.
