Its a nightmare please help!

Surly i dont have to remove the whole PAS pump?

No you dont mate. Have you taken the lower part of the manifold of first? Are you fitting a four branch?

not taken it off fist was going to do it as one

but wanted to get all the bold out the manifold first

You will find it abit easier if you split it, just 4 bolts which are easy to get to lying down on the floor. When fitting the 4-1 theres a few bits to take off to save some fucks and sakes. I took the oil filter, anti roll bar and the fan of the rad. Two bolts at the top of the rad to remove the fan. Also take the two rad mounts of to allow the radiator to move forward that extra inch. Hope this helps.

Yeah, i had to put it all back together again!
Going to get my local mechanic to do it haha!
