hey all was thinking today tha i wanted to take my centre cat off because it rely close to the floor, so what im wondering is there a way i can do this myself? i was gonna get a slightly bigger peace of pipe, and cut the cat out then just slot the biger pipe in were the cat was and either get it welded or clamp it , any tips or sugestions would be great cheers

cheers mate never new that lol but think im gonna save now and buy a propert system , ino its only a one litre but its there then for when i drop a bigger engine in it

the 1 litre decat wont swap over to a bigger engine, the 1 litre has a different bore exhaust, better off saving your money mate until you can afford a bigger engine and then try de-catting

The cats on the 1.0's are in the engines bays. It will be you're middle silencer thats too close to the floor mate Are you planning to change the back box for an aftermarket one as well btw?
