Sister currently has a courtesy car, its a 2011 VW polo. Fuel cap is a "simple" push and it pops open, or it should but its just not opening. Dont want to prize it open with a screw driver incase i damage the car. Anyone any ideas?

its probably voice operated being a 2011. say "open fuel cap" in a Steven hawking's tone of voice
