need a bit of help with the ignition on my corsa, striped all the shell out and when i came to refit it all there was no spring back on the key when you turn it, i thought it was the barrell that was the problem so i changed it today but the problem is still there , also the interior loom has been changed so its not that only other part i can see that it might be is this part
this parrt goes on the beck of the ignition here
and then this plugs into it
is the black part ment to have something inside it as the back of the ignition has a little rod coming out of it and the conector onto the loom has one aslo that has some electrical conectors witch atm arnt conected to anything

I had I simular problem. I thought shittt I need new key setup. I didn't I just used part for part on another set. I had somehow snapped one of the locating lugs on the inside.

Ignition switches are always breaking, I had buy new one. Very cheap on ebay
