Were looking at getting a new sofa for our livingroom to match our new decor.

Found the two above on ebay, what do you guys think? Not looking to spend silly money as we are never really in the house much plus we have a 2 year old son that likes to make ALOT of mess

If you can find the coffee table to go with it the top one looks really nice
