Hi all, I did a c20xe conversion into my corsa b sport and when I'm under fulll load turning left abit the alternator pulley is rubbing on the chassi, but when driving normal and turning it doesn't. What can I do to prevent this happening?

either change your alternator belt system to a single V system, ORR thrash your chassis leg in until it stops hitting it. i did the second idea to start with on mine, and couldnt get enough space so i had to change everything to a single V system and never had any problems since, apart from it needing tightening as it squeals at times

I'm sure its already got a single v system as the pulley and the belt are thin
