What I changed in the last 2 days to try and fix the problem.

Sparkplugs
02 sensors
MAF sensor
Checked manifold for cracks.
Anyone help?

How will I know if the timing is out or a injector isnt working.

Timing, you want to take the covers off and see if the marks line up, when turning the engine by hand.
Injectors, you can pull them out and check for any blockages. If you want to check that there is power to the injectors, use a circuit tester to see if they're getting power.
Have you had the car put on a computer to check for any fault codes?
You could also do a compression test to check for head gasket issues across a cylinder or a buggered valve.
